My letter of resignation went in this morning. I have never not wanted to write before. This one was hard. I felt respected here at EGHS, and I enjoyed my colleagues.
Sometimes there are greater things than what appears at hand, and comfort is not what what it seems.

In the work I do, clients often refer to "disruptive technology" as that innovation that breaks the mold of everything that has gone before - redefining things that were previously unimaginable. I think it is essential that from time to time we as individuals initiate discontinuity in our lives so that transformation can break in. Congrats on your resignation!
