I need to stop freaking out over job stuff. I am a good teacher and I frequently forget that. I've been retained for specific reasons and it all had to do with what I do in the classroom. Yet it's weird to feel so insecure about myself. I'm not used to that. Out of nowhere that little demon crept in and BAMB! it had me by the throat.
Nevertheless, I have an interview at a great district on Tuesday as a back up. Oak Park is a cool town, and is both rich and poor, black and white. Plus Hemmingway and Frank Lloyd Wright both spent formidable years developing there. How bad could it be?...!
