The day after labor day and school is happenin' and life is grand and I feel little need to complain about life, let alone bemoan the problems of the world. Joy has never been so easy.
Went for a ride today after school, down the lakefront path and off at Congress and over the 650 S Clark to pick up my BLT packet for the ride this weekend. Had a nice conversation with Rene and stopped at Jen's place of work for a quick "hello" and planning and enjoying my time with her. Rode home, stopping by Nextel for a look at my phone, Chipolte for a burrito, and the parking lot of Aldi to get a few shots of the Damen avenue bridge which I love. School days don't even feel like school days lately.
Thought for the day: Can't we just tell Georgia Democrat Zell Miller to switch and be rid of the dumb bastard? ...just a suggestion.
