Sorry, didn't mean to be so cryptic, but it's hard to say right now. There are two main factors: last week I signed a mortgage on a condo all by my lonesome, while just days prior, I was told my job is in jeopardy. I couldn't back out because I'd lose my $9,375 in earnest money. So here I am... trying to keep up my New Years resolution to try and be positive despite some rather shitty news. I'm trying! I'm trying!
