Come on, guys. It wasn't Bush's fault! The state and local officials (and only in democratic Louisiana, not in Mississippi or Florida) are the ones who screwed up. Geez. Bush is only the commander-in-chief, after all.
I wish I was Canadian, or hell, FRENCH Canadian. I am still waiting for the good things to happen, but I think the line for those was shutdown because they were not "economically feasible" and there was no opportunity for a drawn-out landwar in order to secure them.
